I started in the corporate world and learned something hard: titles don't make leaders. Neither do tools. What transforms a leader is the willingness to look at themselves honestly — and surround themselves with someone who helps them see what they don't.
Today I work with over 200 leaders and teams across Central America and beyond. I work with executives in transition, founders scaling companies, and organizations that want to build real culture — not slide-deck culture.
I've spoken at TEDx four times, I write about leadership every week on Instagram, and I deeply believe that leadership isn't learned. It's lived.
A leader doesn't need to have all the answers. They need to be fully present.
